If you need help after ordering, please include your order number so we can support you faster.

Shipping and delivery (UK):

We dispatch from the United Kingdom. Dispatch times vary based on stock status and order volume. After dispatch, delivery time depends on the courier network and your location. Tracking is provided when available. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, complete, and includes any access information needed for delivery.

International shipping:

International delivery, when offered, may be subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, and import requirements. You are responsible for any local fees and for understanding your local rules. If an international parcel is refused, returned, or held by customs, refunds may be limited to the product cost minus original shipping and handling costs.

Returns and exchanges:

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel, packaging, and product. If we confirm an error or damage, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel and refund it. If the order has already shipped, the returns rules above apply.

Privacy policy:

We use customer information to process orders, provide delivery, respond to support requests, and maintain basic records for accounting and legal compliance. We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is handled via secure providers and we do not store your full card details.
